Transila Office is a professional tool for translation and transcription. This policy defines how the platform may and may not be used. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
1. Permitted Use
Transila Office is designed for:
- Professional document and legal translation workflows
- Audio and video transcription for professional purposes
- Batch file processing for translation teams and offices
- Personal or organisational productivity in translation work
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Platform to process, translate, or transcribe content that:
- Is illegal under UAE law, EU law, or the laws of your jurisdiction
- Promotes, incites, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Is hateful toward any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or involves the exploitation of minors in any form
- Constitutes defamation, libel, or slander against any person or organisation
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party without authorisation
- Violates the privacy or personal data rights of individuals
⚠️ Processing content that violates UAE Federal Law, particularly regarding cybercrimes (Federal Law No. 34 of 2021), defamation, or religious respect, may expose you to criminal liability. Transila FZ-LLC will cooperate with authorities when legally required.
3. Prohibited Technical Use
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Circumvent authentication, session limits, or any security measures
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the Platform's API or UI without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or workspaces
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use the Platform to test or develop exploit tools against the service or its infrastructure
- Resell or sublicence access to the Platform without prior written agreement with Transila FZ-LLC
4. API Key Use
Your API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Deepgram, etc.) are used solely through the Platform on your behalf. You must not:
- Share API keys that belong to another person or organisation without their explicit consent
- Use API keys obtained fraudulently or in violation of the issuing provider's terms
- Exploit the Platform to make API calls that violate your AI provider's usage policies
5. Fair Use
While the Platform does not impose hard rate limits for normal professional use, you must not engage in patterns of use that unreasonably burden our infrastructure, including:
- Uploading excessively large batches of files far exceeding your team's genuine translation needs
- Running automated processes that continuously hammer our API without pause
We reserve the right to contact you if we detect abnormal usage patterns that affect service quality for other users.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation, with or without prior notice
- Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities
- Preserve and disclose information where required by law or legal process
If your account is suspended for a violation, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or activity on the Platform that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@transila.me. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
