By subscribing to or using Transila Office, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Transila Office ("the Platform," "the Service") is a cloud-based AI workspace for translation professionals, operated by Transila FZ-LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a company licensed in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, UAE (License 46000294).
The Platform provides tools for document translation, audio transcription, OCR, batch processing, subtitle translation, and related workflows. All AI processing uses API keys provided by you ("Bring Your Own Key" or BYOK model).
Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles. Current plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be notified by email before renewal. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months already charged. Annual plans: refunds for unused whole months may be requested within 30 days of the annual payment, at our discretion. Contact billing@transila.me.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
The Platform requires you to provide API keys from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Deepgram, Mistral, or similar). You agree that:

You retain all rights to the documents, files, translations, and other content you upload to or create using the Platform. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Platform's software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by Transila FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any legal or official purpose. Professional human review of translations is always recommended before submission to authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transila FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transila FZ-LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
